From booking your course to hitting the slopes

Book all your group and private courses directly and exclusively via our online platform www.skischule-brandnertal.at. Tickets are available online up to one day before the lesson starts.

After your successful booking, you will receive an automated confirmation email (check your spam folder if in doubt) - you can then head directly to your meeting point where you only need to state your name to your skiinstructor to check-in. There is no more necessity to come to the skischool office. Your booking is only complete with your confirmation email.

Group lessons take place from Monday to Friday and can be booked for 3 or 5 days. You can extend 3-day lessons directly in our office - each extra day costs a flat rate of € 35 per person. If your desired course time is not available, please use an alternative. We do not maintain a waiting list and ask for your understanding that courses cannot be booked by e-mail.

For joining group lessons during the week it is necessary to come to our office on the day before the desired lesson. We will check with you individually to see whether we have a suitable group on the slopes with capacity.

Course procedure

Please read the course levels carefully so that you are assigned to the correct meeting point when you book your course. On the first day of the lesson (Monday), the groups are split up at the meeting point according to their skill level. Please arrive 10 Minutes before the lesson starts.

Give your children a snack for the duration of the course (bars, rolls or similar) and/or small change so that they can eat in between - we do not take long breaks during the courses. You can also leave small rucksacks with a snack in the Kinderland (we accept no liability for lost items)

The ski pass for the Bergbahnen Brandnertal is not included in the ski course ticket. No ski pass is required for courses in the Kinderland in Brand & Bürserberg. As soon as the children switch to the slopes during the course of the week, they need a ski pass. Please contact your ski instructor after the end of the course each day.

The daily course end is at the same place where the course started on the respective day. If the meeting point changes on the following day, the instructor will inform you at the end of the course - so please always bring & collect your children in person.

Cancellation terms

Bookings cannot be cancelled free of charge. In the event of cancellation up to 14 days before the start of the course, 80% of the course fee will be refunded. In the event of a later cancellation, no refund of course fees is possible. No course fee will be refunded if the cable car is not operating. The lift ticket is not included in the course price. Please remember to arrange travel cancellation insurance. Minimum group size for group courses: 4 persons
