Wie buche ich einen Skikurs?

Buchen Sie alle Ski- und Snowboardkurse online. Kurstickets sind bis spätestens einen Tag vor Kursbeginn buchbar. Nach der Buchung erhalten Sie eine Bestätigungsmail und treffen Ihren Skilehrer direkt am Sammelplatz.

Wann muss ich am Treffpunkt sein?

Erscheinen Sie 10 Minuten vor Unterrichtsbeginn am Treffpunkt. Am ersten Tag erfolgt die Gruppeneinteilung nach Leistungsniveau.

Ist der Skipass im Kurspreis enthalten?

Nein, der Skipass für die Bergbahnen Brandnertal ist nicht im Kurspreis enthalten. Für unsere Kinderländer in Brand & Bürserberg ist kein Skipass erforderlich.

Kann ich einen Kurs stornieren?

Bis 14 Tage vor Kursbeginn erhalten Sie 80% Erstattung des Kursbetrages. Weniger als 14 Tage vor Kursbeginn ist keine Erstattung möglich. Eine Reiserücktrittsversicherung wird empfohlen.

Your booking is only complete once you have received the confirmation email (check your spam folder!).
There is no need to visit the ski school office.
Our group courses are designed as weekly courses from Monday to Friday with ski races on Friday.
Starting a course during the week can only be arranged at the office on site the day before the course, depending on availability.
If your desired course times are fully booked, please use other slots. There is no waiting list. Courses cannot be booked by email.
Extension tickets for 3- or 4-day courses can be booked directly online.

Before the lessons

Please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes before the start of the lesson. On the first day, students will be divided into groups according to their skill level.
The ski pass for the bergbahnen is not included in the course price. You can book this directly in the web shop of Bergbahnen Brandnertal.
No ski pass is required for our beginner areas in Brand (village center) & Bürserberg (Landalpark). However, a ski pass is required when moving to the ski slopes—be sure to check with your ski instructor every day.
Please read the possible course levels carefully to ensure you are assigned to the correct meeting point.
If you have any last-minute questions, you can find us at the respective meeting points before the course starts.

During the lessons

Please ensure that you can be reached at the phone number provided during booking during the course (in case of an emergency).
Please provide a small snack (bar, roll) or some change for snacks—there are no long breaks during class.

After the lessons

The daily course ends at the same location as the course begins. The ski instructor will inform participants of any changes at the end of each course.
Always pick up children in person.

Course bookings cannot be canceled free of charge.
Up to 14 days before the course starts: 80% refund of the course fee. Less than 14 days before the course starts: No refund possible.
Minimum group size: 3 people required.
Bergbahnen Brandnertal: No refunds will be given if the Bergbahnen Brandnertal are not operating.
Limited group size does not apply between February 16 and 27, 2026.
Travel cancellation insurance is recommended.

From booking your course to hitting the slopes

Book all your ski- and snowboardlessons comfortably via our online platform. Tickets are available online up to one day before the lesson starts (upon availability).

After your successful booking, you will receive an automated confirmation email (check your spam folder if in doubt) - you can then head directly to your meeting point where you can check-in with your name. There is no necessity to come to the skischool office. Your booking is only complete with your confirmation email.

Our group lessons are designed as week-long courses that run from Monday to Friday with a ski race on Friday. Lessons can be extented up to 5 days either 🔗 online or in our office. If your desired course time is not available, please use an alternative. We do not maintain a waiting list and ask for your understanding that courses cannot be booked by e-mail.

For joining group lessons during the week please come to our office on the day before the desired lesson. We will check with you individually to see whether we have a suitable group on the slopes with capacity.

Course procedure

Before the lesson:
On the the first day please arrive at the meeting point about 10 minutes before the lesson starts. On the first day, kids will be divided into groups according to ability level at the meeting point. The ski pass for the lifts of the Bergbahnen Brandnertal is not included in the ski course ticket. No ski pass is required for courses in the Kinderland in Brand & Bürserberg. As soon as your children change to the slopes during the course of the week, they will need a ski pass. Please check with your ski instructor after the end of the course each day. If you have any questions at short notice, you will find us directly at the respective meeting points shortly before the start of the course.

During the lesson:
Give your children a snack for the duration of the lesson (bars, rolls or similar) and/or small change so that your children can eat in between - we do not stop for longer breaks during the lessons. You can also leave small rucksacks with a snack in the Kinderland (we decline any liability for lost items). Please ensure that you can be contacted at the telephone number you have provided during the lesson so that the ski instructor can contact you in case of an emergency.

After the lesson:
The daily end of the course is at the same place where the course started on the respective day. If the meeting point changes on the following day, the teacher will inform you at the end of the course - so please always bring & collect your children in person.

Cancellation terms

Bookings cannot be cancelled free of charge. In the event of cancellation up to 14 days before the start of the course, 80% of the course fee will be refunded. In the event of a later cancellation, no refund of course fees is possible. No course fee will be refunded if the cable car is not operating. The lift ticket is not included in the course price. Please remember to arrange travel cancellation insurance. Restricted group size does not apply between February 16 and 27, 2026. Minimum group size for group courses: 3 persons.
